Digital Mentorship for Latina Entrepreneurs and Moms

Hi, I’m Francis—mother, mentor, and founder of JFS IT Solutions.

Like many Latina women in the U.S., I started from scratch. Even with a background in technology, I struggled to organize my business and felt the weight of the fear of failure. Today, I empower entrepreneurs like you to overcome those fears, gain absolute clarity, and transform your passion into a profitable, automated business.

I have helped hundreds of women turn their ideas into systems that actually work through practical classes, 1:1 consulting, in-person events, and specialized team training.

My Mission: To ensure no woman is left behind because she doesn’t know “how to do it.” I am here to help you embrace technology and move forward with confidence.
